Stuart Street

The Stuart St House is an example of Caldwell & Highsted quality workmanship and attention to detail.  This house at 321 Stuart St is Dunedin’s first Certified Passive House, incorporating innovative design and materials. The construction of this beautiful home required a close working relationship between Caldwell & Highsted and both the Owners and Architect, to achieve a home that not only is aesthetically pleasing, but also meets the rigorous testing regime required by Passivhaus.

The Stuart St House has gone on to be a wonderful family home, as well as an award winner in the 2018 New Zealand Architecture Awards.
